1. Once logged in, click on the
Personal Settings link.
2. Click on the
Identities tab.
3. Click on the
New Identity button to enter a new identity
or select an existing identity to change it..
4. Enter/change your
Display name as you wish it to appear.
5. Enter/change your
E-mail address as needed.
6. Enter the name of your
Organization.
7. Enter the
Reply-To address (optional if same as email address above).
8. Enter an address to which you would like to blind carbon copy (
BCC) all your emails (optional).
9. Enter a
Signature that will be placed at the end of all your emails (optional).
Note: If you wish to enter in your signature as HTML, click on the
HTML Signature check box and follow this link for instructions on how to do so:

10. Click
Set Defalut if you want this to be your default identity.
